Returns and Refund Policy

Read thoroughly and understand this policy before placing an order.

Cancellation and Refund of Order 

Please be guided of our Order Cancellation and Refund terms below. You must do this within 7 days after your purchase.

    1. Email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. Alternatively, you may also reach out to us on https://www.m.me/tekworxplugnsell.
    2. Include in your email request the reason for your return and refund and the original receipt, invoice, or Order ID.

Return and/or Refund Exceptions

  1. NO Refund – if the customer’s domain name has been registered and the web hosting account has been created already; AND the TekWorx PLUG n SELL product has been installed.
  2. 50% Refund – if the domain name has been registered and the web hosting account has been created already; but the TekWorx PLUG n SELL product has not been installed yet.
  3. 75% Refund – if the customer changes his/her mind not to continue with the online store. We take 25% as “inconvenience fee” to cover costs for admin, account activation, payment processing, and etc. 

TekWorx PLUG n SELL reserves the right to update this Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice to its customers.
